Terms of Use

OneTap Coach is an AI-assisted fitness app that generates personalized workout plans and guides your training on iPhone and Apple Watch. Plans and coaching are produced automatically and are provided for general fitness and informational purposes.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

• OneTap Coach offers a free tier and an auto-renewing Pro subscription: $5.99 / month or $57 / year (prices may vary by region).
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms.

OneTap Coach is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The plans, coaching, and information are for general fitness purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury. You assume all risk associated with exercise and agree that you participate at your own risk.

Plans, instructions, and coach responses are generated by automated systems and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Use your judgment, and stop any exercise that causes pain or discomfort.

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, access it through unauthorized means, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

The Service, including its design, content, and software, is owned by OneTap Coach and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneTap Coach is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the Service or your exercise activities.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
